Chief Executive Officer – Kaohsiung Terminal

About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will lead CMA CGM Kaohsiung Terminal, driving overall performance, growth and strategic development. Reporting to senior leadership of CMA CGM Ports & Terminals, the CEO ensures the terminal aligns with the Group’s long‑term ambitions while delivering safe, reliable and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the terminal’s strategic vision in line with CMA CGM Group priorities.
• Lead the terminal management team, establishing clear accountability, governance and execution.
• Represent the terminal with senior internal stakeholders, customers, public authorities and strategic partners.
• Oversee 24/7 terminal operations, driving productivity, vessel turnaround, capacity utilization and continuous improvement.
• Own financial performance, budgeting, cost efficiency and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with CMA CGM, shipping lines and strategic customers, ensuring high service standards.
• Develop talent, succession plans and a high‑performance culture focused on safety and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Taiwanese regulations and CMA CGM standards, leading crisis management and business continuity.

• Proven senior leadership experience in terminal, port or related logistics operations.
