Associate Business Development Manager (Logistics/Distribution Focus)

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager to drive the promotion of logistics and distribution services, increase brand awareness and acquire new business opportunities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, screen and assess business opportunities and develop prospect lists.
• Plan and execute business development activities, including preparing proposals, RFQ responses and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with targeted customers and existing clients, supporting contract renewals and QBRs.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent positioning of services and quality offerings.
• Lead implementation of new accounts and advise local subsidiaries on rollout.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and recommend new services or partnerships.
• Manage marketing collateral deployment such as mailers, campaigns and exhibitions.
• Participate in budget planning and ad‑hoc project coordination.

Required profile

• University graduate.
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Independent, initiative‑taking, accountable and perseverant.
• Results‑oriented with ability to achieve multiple goals.
