Assistant Project Manager (Chinese/Korean Bilingual)

About the role

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries and majority-owned by CBRE Group, is hiring an Assistant Project Manager in Taipei. You will support the delivery of construction and projects across all phases, assisting with planning, coordination, documentation and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support project management services throughout the project lifecycle, including background research, data collection and benchmarking.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting systems, and help develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and performance indicators, manage change control and keep accurate change logs.
• Draft formal progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants, attend project meetings and take minutes, and support communication between internal and external teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field; a Master's is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in construction, design or PCM (Project Construction Management) with a focus on technical interpretation and translation.
• Proven ability to interpret technical documents and translate between Korean and Chinese in a construction or engineering context.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and Korean is essential; English is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
