职位概况

为全球AI解决方案提供IT支持，负责日常技术服务、设备管理及跨国协作。

主要职责

处理Windows系统、硬件及软件故障。
解决基础网络、VPN、Wi‑Fi问题。
执行IT入职/离职、设备部署及资产管理。
管理IT工单，跟踪事件与服务请求。
与海外及跨部门IT团队合作，确保问题快速解决。

任职要求

5年以上IT Support或MIS经验。
熟悉Windows操作系统、硬件/软件故障排除。
了解基本网络、VPN、Wi‑Fi概念。
英文沟通流畅，能进行跨国协作。
有外商IT工作经验者优先。
