About the role
Join Microsoft’s Customer Experience and Success organization as a Technical Support Engineer focused on SharePoint and Office solutions. You will help customers resolve technical issues, accelerate AI‑driven transformations, and ensure a seamless support experience across Microsoft’s product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Own, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues related to SharePoint and Office.
- Collaborate with internal teams and use Microsoft troubleshooting tools to diagnose problems.
- Participate in knowledge‑sharing communities and mentor peers.
- Identify product defects, escalate them appropriately, and contribute to product improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of technical support or consulting experience (or 3 years for more senior candidates).
- Fluent Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) and confident English communication skills.
