EUC H&F Engineer – End User Computing Deskside Support

About the role

We are seeking an EUC H&F Engineer to provide end‑user computing and deskside support at our client’s office in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The role involves delivering high‑quality technical assistance for Windows environments, Microsoft O365, and VIP users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site deskside support for hardware and software issues.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows 10 & Windows 11 operating systems.
• Support Microsoft O365 applications and related services.
• Manage IT support activities, including incident logging and tracking in the ITSM tool.
• Deliver VIP/concierge user support with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and maintain conference room devices, projectors, and meeting‑room facilities.
• Coordinate with Network and Data Center teams to resolve cross‑functional issues.
• Handle SCCM client installation, device provisioning, replacement, and DaaS lifecycle management.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in end‑user computing or deskside support.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time (Monday‑Friday, 8x5 schedule).
• Strong customer‑service orientation, especially for VIP users.
