Assistant Manager Retail Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager Retail Marketing will support adidas in building its brand presence across Taiwan retail channels. This role focuses on planning, executing, and monitoring retail marketing initiatives that align with the global brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and recommend retail marketing plans for Sports Performance, ensuring alignment with GTM strategy and budget.
• Lead the creation, adaptation, and production of POP and hardware, managing suppliers to achieve cost‑effective quality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (CTC, BA, VM, Retail Development, Channel) to deliver in‑store communications and promotional tools.
• Monitor monthly marketing spend, forecast, and report on KPI such as traffic, conversion, sales, and market share.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience producing below‑the‑line retail marketing materials, preferably in sporting goods or retail.
• University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Strong background in POP and hardware production, with experience working with external production houses.
• Good design sense and art‑design background.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
