Senior Specialist, Trust and Safety Compliance Audit

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trust & Safety Compliance Auditor to join our Trust and Safety team in Taipei. The role involves developing audit programs, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with trust and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive audit programs to assess trust and safety compliance.
• Conduct on‑site and remote compliance audits.
• Review and analyze audit findings, identifying non‑compliance issues and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with fraud operations, product, quality assurance, supply chain, and legal teams to address issues.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain organized documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in trust and safety compliance auditing.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality audit outcomes.
