Marketing Manager – Drive Growth in Taiwan

About the role

Flexii is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to accelerate its growth in Taiwan. You will lead end‑to‑end brand and performance campaigns, working closely with product, business development and design teams to boost app downloads, active users and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies (paid search, social, email) to increase installs, matching rate and ROI.
• Manage paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and search platforms, handling audience targeting, bidding, creative delivery and budget pacing.
• Oversee social media presence, create and adapt B2C, B2B and CRM content, and ensure brand consistency across all assets.
• Plan and run marketing events, roadshows and community activations for workers and business partners.
• Coordinate KOL participation and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align messaging and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience in a startup or high‑growth environment, preferably with app‑based products.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving setting.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
