职位概况

负责在中南部市场推动皮肤及毛发领域的医学交流，建立并维护与KOL及医师的合作关系，提升公司在该区域的影响力。

主要职责

与皮肤、毛发领域的KOL及医师进行深度科学交流。
在指定区域内建立并维护B、C级KOL及高潜力医师关系。
系统化拓展公司在中南部市场的医学影响力。
收集、分析医师对毛发治疗的见解与挑战，定期提交洞察报告。
协助规划与执行区域性医学教育活动，提供现场科学支援。

任职要求

2-3年以上制药业或医美领域的MSL、医学顾问或相关经验。
对毛发医学有深入了解或强烈学习兴趣，具备皮肤科基础。
拥有医美诊所人脉者优先。
能够适应频繁国内出差。

必备技能

医学科学交流能力。
医学洞察收集与分析能力。
医学教育活动策划与执行能力。
