负责协助消费金融产品的受理、非账务事务处理及行政事务，支持业务人员的营销活动，为客户提供服务并解决问题，适时推广金融商品。

主要职责

协助各项消费金融产品的进件及非账务送拨处理。
处理日常行政事务及一般业务事务。
支持消费金融业务人员的营销事务。
提供客户服务，帮助客户解决问题并适时协销金融商品。

任职要求

具备大专以上学历或相关学位。
具备良好的沟通与服务意识。

必备技能

熟悉消费金融业务流程。
