职位概况
负责依据劳动健康保护规则及职业安全卫生法，开展公司劳工健康服务工作，确保员工健康安全。
主要职责
- 办理劳工体格（健康）检查及相关事务。
- 安排医师现场服务并提供协助。
- 预防工作相关伤病，提供健康咨询、急救及紧急处理。
- 规划与执行健康活动、检查等项目。
- 管理AED、急救箱及防疫卫生用品。
- 定期向雇主报告并提出健康服务建议。
- 执行相关法规规定及上级交办事项。
任职要求
- 具备劳动健康服务或护理相关专业背景。
- 熟悉劳动健康保护法规及职业安全卫生法。
- 能够独立组织健康检查与急救设施管理。
- 具备良好沟通协调能力，能与医师及雇主合作。
必备技能
- 劳动健康检查与评估能力。
- 急救与AED操作知识。
- 防疫卫生用品管理。
