Supervisor, Quality Management PS&R

About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor of Quality Management & PS&R to lead the global point of contact for G‑EDM Quality Management and PS&R processes. Based in Taoyuan City, you will drive process improvement, digitalization, and change management across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, optimization and automation of Quality Management and PS&R processes, defining the NGBA end‑state solution.
• Conduct regular analysis of existing processes and IT environments, aligning them with best practices.
• Identify global and country‑specific features, run NGBA workshops, and deliver role‑based training.
• Create user documentation, process descriptions, guidelines and procedural instructions.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on NGBA implementation progress and represent G‑EDM in expert communities and forums.
• Build and nurture an internal G‑EDM Quality Management and PS&R expert community.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management, process improvement and digital transformation.
• Strong change‑management capabilities, both technical and organizational.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multinational teams.
• Ability to lead workshops, training sessions and develop clear documentation.
