About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Program Manager to lead consumer acquisition and engagement initiatives in Taiwan. The role will own the end‑to‑end delivery, commercialization, and financial performance of loyalty and marketing programs for financial‑institution clients.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end market delivery of loyalty and marketing programs, from solution definition through implementation and steady‑state operations.
- Ensure programs meet market readiness, delivery quality, risk, and control standards in line with AP Loyalty & Services expectations.
- Act as the primary escalation and accountability point for delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Lead go‑to‑market execution, including launch planning, implementation coordination, and post‑launch optimization.
- Partner with market sales and regional product teams to commercialize new Mastercard loyalty and services capabilities.
- Translate client and market needs into deployable solutions and feed insights back into product roadmaps.
- Own P&L management for assigned initiatives, tracking revenue, controlling costs, and delivering margin.
- Identify, onboard, and manage local vendors and partners such as marketing agencies, technology providers, and reward suppliers.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering loyalty and marketing programs for financial‑institution clients in Taiwan.
- Demonstrated ability to manage program P&L and drive revenue growth.
- Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling skills.
