About the role
As a Production Technician at BASF in Kaohsiung, you will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce chemical products that meet strict quality, quantity, and schedule requirements while adhering to EHS guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Perform on‑site control and manual operation of production machines and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the assigned area.
- Execute tasks according to the statement of work and cGMP standards, including sampling and batch record keeping.
- Hand over shift information, report abnormal conditions, and conduct daily equipment and fire‑safety inspections.
- Coordinate with warehouse, quality control laboratory, and maintenance teams for material handling and equipment checks.
Required profile
- Commitment to follow company administration, safety, environmental protection, and health regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with control‑room operators and supervisors.
- Willingness to attend training and continuously improve operational knowledge.
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and anomaly reporting.
- Flexibility to perform shift handovers and respond to urgent production needs.
Required skills
- Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Experience with SAMACO automatic inspection system.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining production equipment.
