Staff IT Operations Engineer

About the role

The Staff IT Operations Engineer joins Coupang’s Corporate IT team to ensure reliable IT services for the organization. Acting as a local subject‑matter expert, the role blends high‑touch executive support with regional infrastructure maintenance across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver white‑glove technical support to English‑speaking VIP executives and end users, handling issue resolution and escalations.
• Manage enterprise endpoint environments for Windows PCs, macOS devices, iOS and Android, ensuring health, compliance and readiness.
• Administer MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune, Jamf) and endpoint security/antivirus tools, maintaining automated configuration and compliance.
• Support identity and access management systems such as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), handling user lifecycle and access provisioning.
• Troubleshoot basic network infrastructure, including LAN/Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, switches and firewalls.
• Oversee hardware, software and AV vendor relationships, ensuring SLA adherence and contract execution.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, create runbooks, and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist in planning, tracking and executing local IT projects, translating requirements into actionable tasks.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in IT Operations, engineering or enterprise help‑desk support.
• Hands‑on experience with macOS, Windows, iOS and Android devices.
• Proven expertise with MDM platforms Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• Experience managing enterprise endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO and MFA.
• Solid networking background covering TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, LAN, routing and switching.
• Demonstrated vendor management and executive‑level support experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication.
