Senior Specialist, Customer Growth (CRM)

About the role

Coupang Taiwan is looking for an extraordinary talent to join its marketing team to manage high‑impact customer activation programs and drive business growth. You will lead end‑to‑end strategies across the entire customer lifecycle—from aggressive new‑user acquisition to engagement and retention for paid subscription members such as WOW. This high‑visibility role directly influences Coupang’s growth trajectory in one of the world’s most dynamic e‑commerce markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute data‑driven campaigns to accelerate top‑of‑funnel growth, increasing high‑intent sign‑ups and first‑time purchases.
• Develop tailored engagement and lifecycle strategies to boost activity, order frequency, and long‑term retention for paid subscription members.
• Lead end‑to‑end activation programs targeting customer growth, category penetration, and reactivation of dormant users.
• Collaborate with CRM, Operations, Performance Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver cohesive multi‑channel campaigns.
• Design and test innovative growth experiments for specific cohorts (e.g., lapsed buyers, high‑value subscribers) and scale successful levers.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies and partner with Finance to establish ROI governance and sustainable LTV growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition, subscription management, CRM, loyalty programs, or marketing program management within e‑commerce or digital business.
• Strong analytical background with a proven record of data‑driven decision making across acquisition, activation, and retention phases.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to build programs from 0 to 1 in a fast‑changing environment with minimal guidance.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills across multiple complex workstreams.
• High‑level proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
