Senior Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

About the role

Oracle Consulting is seeking a Senior Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to join its Taiwan team. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design, implement, and optimize supply chain solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and other leading platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SCM solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end supply chain processes aligned with industry best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, solution playback sessions, and design validation meetings.
• Lead functional solution design, integration requirements, and data conversion activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and customer teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Recommend process improvements and best‑practice implementations.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Extensive implementation experience in supply chain functional areas such as Distribution, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Cost, Planning, Demand, or Supply Planning.
• Proven ability to lead functional design and delivery in complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
