Pest Service Specialist

About the role

Ecolab is looking for a Pest Service Specialist to join its Pest Elimination team. You will provide timely, cost‑effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to a range of commercial customers, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools and food‑processing plants.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and advise on best practices to identify and solve pest problems.
• Stay current on Ecolab product and service offerings to enhance service and sales.
• Use handheld computerized equipment to document structural, sanitation and pest issues.
• Deliver inspections and treatments that exceed customer expectations and specifications.
• Provide written service reports and recommendations for maintaining pest‑free conditions.
• Apply pesticides according to label directions and comply with all relevant legislation.
• Plan and execute efficient work routes, aiming for 100% service completion.
• Submit accurate reports and paperwork within required timeframes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and be on‑call as needed.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, damp, dusty, cold or warm environments.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 70 lb at chest height.
