Fire Life Health Safe & Sound Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Fire Life Health Safe & Sound Assistant Manager to support our risk management and audit functions. You will act as the central coordinator for safety‑related meetings, reports and compliance activities, ensuring that fire, health and security standards are consistently met across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and publish minutes for the Risk Management Committee and other required meetings.
• Draft and sign off the quarterly FLHSS Audit Compliance Report with functional managers.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, including PWT, corporate client, professional body and government audits.
• Attend audit action‑plan meetings and implement remedial actions.
• Publish fire, life, health, safety and security risk updates via newsletters, notice boards and other channels.
• Deliver related training and assessments.
• Support compliance with Safe, Sound and Sustainable Standards, Business Continuity Plans and Risk Management Committee processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a facilities or workplace safety role.
• Strong knowledge of basic safety, fire certifications and safety regulations.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
