职位概况
负责电话行销相关服务器、网络及应用系统的日常维护与技术管理，需与团队、区域IT部门及供应商沟通，确保系统稳定运行。
主要职责
- 监控服务器、应用程序及语音系统的稳定性、效能与可用性，包括语音云平台、通话录音存储及CRM系统。
- 分析问题、检查日志、排除故障，协助解决通话质量与连线问题，并定期制作报告。
- 依据法规与公司规范制定、维护系统流程及作业文件，涉及通话录音保存、资料处理等控管要求。
- 提供技术支援与操作指导，协助新基础设施及系统项目，如系统升级、迁移及新技术导入。
- 与合规、法务单位合作，支援系统法遵要求，如通话录音保留、同意记录及资料隐私。
- 每周向总部回报作业运营状况及使用者问题分析。
任职要求
- 具备系统管理、网络或应用系统维护经验。
- 熟悉电话行销系统、语音平台或客服中心系统者佳。
- 良好的问题分析、沟通协调与跨部门合作能力。
- 能配合处理系统事件、项目推动及文件撰写。
- 具备英文沟通能力者佳。
