Country Sales Manager – Taiwan

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing baby care brand expanding into Taiwan, is seeking a Country Sales Manager to build and lead the local market presence. You will be responsible for developing distribution channels, driving revenue, and establishing strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product channel strategies across Taiwan.
• Plan and implement marketing activities to meet company objectives.
• Prepare annual plans covering revenue targets, cost control, and budgeting.
• Present sales pitches, negotiate, and close deals with key clients.
• Produce regular sales reports and provide recommendations for customer base expansion.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Report channel activity outcomes and improvement suggestions to the direct supervisor.
• Identify and develop distributors and clients to increase product exposure.
• Manage promotional activities, track campaigns, and close sales initiatives.
• Collect and report customer and competitor intelligence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience at a manager level.
• Background in baby care, beauty/skincare, or FMCG (e.g., Nestlé, P&G, Unilever).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Adaptable, hands‑on, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Awareness of Taiwan–China dynamics.
• Responsible, reliable, and execution‑focused.
• Experience working with Chinese management is a strong plus.
