职位概况
负责公司货运及保税业务的日常操作与系统维护，需与国外客户进行英文邮件沟通，参与报表分析和文件管理。
主要职责
- 使用SAP进行WMS系统操作
- 维护ILC关务系统
- 回复国外客户英文邮件并完成报告分析
- 协调报关行、货代及客户的工作事务
- 完成主管交办的其他任务
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，专业不限
- 熟练使用Word、Excel、Access等办公软件
- 能够适应夜班、中班、假日及加班轮班
- 具备进出口或保税工作经验及保税人员证书者优先
- 具备中等英文读写能力
