About the role
The Distribution Coordinator works within a warehouse environment to manage the flow of repaired units. Partnering with service centers, CSR teams and transport vendors, you will ensure that returned items are received, processed, and shipped efficiently while maintaining compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, unpack and handle customer‑returned items destined for repair.
- Inspect items and accurately record all relevant information.
- Organize, move, shelve and transport repair items throughout the warehouse.
- Package repaired units in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 6S principles.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by the logistics supervisor.
Required profile
- University or college graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of job‑related experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Physical ability to handle and carry goods for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills.
