Content Editor

About the role

The Content Editor will create, edit, and publish editorial material for Arrow’s assigned websites and social media channels. Working under the guidance of senior staff, you will ensure content follows best‑practice guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage editorial content from concept through publication and social media distribution.
• Produce website copy adhering to editorial standards with senior staff oversight.
• Assist in distributing content across designated social media platforms following company guidelines.
• Monitor content performance metrics and discuss improvement opportunities with senior staff.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and audience insights.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree or equivalent experience; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and act as an informal resource for less‑experienced colleagues.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify key issues from partial or conflicting data.
• Broad perspective for problem‑solving and spotting less obvious solutions.
